Get Google Home Page Back To Normal!

As a lot of us have noticed today, Google has by default added background images to the Google home page.

I for one find it rather annoying and it takes away from the ’simpleness’ that Google is about.

A lot of you agree and Patrick Altoft even created a twitition to remove the google image from the home page, so get signing!

In the mean time I have created 3 simple steps for a workaround.

1. Open Photoshop or any other image editing software (paint will do) and create an image with a white backgroun

2. Go to Google, sign in to your account and click the change background image link in the bottom left.

3. All you need to do now is select to upload and image ‘from my computer’ and choose the image you have just created.

Voila!
